Well, let’s just answer your question with a question of our own. Who DOESN'T like rockets?

All kidding aside, we’re a small, family-owned business from Huntsville, Alabama, which is known all over the world as the Rocket City. One thing we’ve learned over the years is that rockets come in all varieties – just like our hot sauces.

Sure, there’s the massive Saturn V, which will literally burn everything in its path with its hotter-than-hot engines. But there are also smaller rockets with all kinds of different mission profiles. Then there's the humble bottle rocket, which will never win awards for firepower but will always be a fan favorite.

Similarly, our sauces feature a full range of flavor and heat profiles to satisfy everyone from hot sauce aficionados to those who would say they don’t like hot sauce at all.
